  5. 5Keep a copy of your opt-out notice and proof of mailing for your records

CRITICAL: Your opt-out notice must be RECEIVED by Sezzle by the end of the 30th calendar day after you create your account. Any notice received after this deadline will not be valid. If you opt out, Sezzle reserves the right to terminate its relationship with you. Opting out does not affect any previous arbitration agreements you may have had with Sezzle.
